On 30 May 1980, a Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) lawsuit against the CIA by William Spaulding and Ground Saucer Watch (“GSW”) for release of withheld UFO documents was dismissed.
A report entitled “Operation Animal Mutilation” (dated June 1980) was prepared by Kenneth M Rommel, District Attorney’s Office, New Mexico on animal mutiliations.
