On 4 June 1965, there was allegedly a UFO sighting involving Gemini 4 astronauts (including James McDivitt).
This incident is Case 27 in Isaac Koi's "Top 100" article, since it was referred to in 71 of the books covered by that article.
This was Project Blue Book Case Number 9448.
