CIA "Evaluation of UFOs"
Following a review of recent UFO reports by officers of the CIA’s OSI, Donald F Chamberlain (OSI Assistant Director) assured DCI John McCone in a memorandum entitled “Evaluation of UFOs” dated 26 January 1965 that little had changed since the early 1950s and that there was still no evidence that UFOs were a threat to the security of the United States or that they were of foreign origin.
