On 22 October 1955, Air Force Regulation (“AFR”) No. 55-88 states Air Force responsibilities for reporting prescribed by JANAP 146 directives, “Canadian-United States Communications Instructions for Reporting Vital Intelligence Sightings”. Superseded Air Force Regulation (AFR) 200-3, dated 13^th May 1955. Superseded by Air Force Manual (AFM) 55-11 dated 20 May 1968.
